Introduction

The Renal Carcinoma Digital Pathology Image Annotation (RCdpia) mainly collected the digital pathological image data of kidney cancer in the TCGA database, annotated them, and filtered them to obtain a high-quality dataset. In addition, we also sorted out relevant omics data and clinical data, and provided users with annotation data download and parameter acquisition of pre-trained classificated model.
